Jamie Flinchbaugh is an accomplished Entrepreneur, Senior Executive, and Board Member with more than 20 years of success spanning finance, manufacturing, automotive, and management consulting. Throughout his executive career, Jamie has held leadership positions with JFlinch (Founder), Qorvo, Inc., Old Dutch Group LLC (Founder), Lean Learning Center (Co-Founder), Rev! Motorcycles (Co-Founder), DTE Energy, and Chrysler. As the Founder of JFlinch, Jamie helps teams accelerate their journey by solving their challenging problems and providing the resources, education, and tools needed to make lean leaders successful. Through Old Dutch Group, Jamie invests in organizations ranging from traditional manufacturing to startups and real estate organizations. He is also concurrently tenured as the Corporate Vice President (part-time) of Qorvo’s Lean Journey.

During his time as Co-Founder of the Lean Learning Center, Jamie built the organization to become one of the premium providers of lean transformation and advisory services, with their educational programs earning the highest marks. In 2006, Jamie co-authored the lean bestseller, The Hitchhiker’s Guide to Lean: Lessons from the Road. he has worked with clients spanning manufacturing, healthcare, utilities, the government, and professional services, including Harley-Davidson, Intel, Mars, Amazon.com, Crayola, and Whirlpool, among others.

Over the last 20+ years, Jamie has helped build nearly 20 companies as a co-founder, board member, advisor, and, or angel investor, and he has advised more than 300 companies around the globe in lean transformations. In addition to his executive career, Jamie is a board member of Robinson Fans, and he is a former board member of York Container Company, S&S Cycle, Orion Fleet Intelligence, and the board of advisors for the Pawley Lean Institute at Oakland University. Jamie holds the Leadership Fellow designation from the National Association of Corporate Directors. Jamie obtained two Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the University of Michigan, respectively, and he attained his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.
