Lean HR Summit Presentation

Lean HR Summit is the very first Summit dedicated to the topic, spearheaded by Lean Frontiers, the same gang that runs the Lean Accounting Summit and other successful topic-focused programs. Lean Frontiers believe that, with respect for people as an underlying tenet, the human resources function plays a critical role in the lean organization. Traditional human resource practices can derail lean thinking in an organization in a variety of ways. The very aim of this summit is to make the HR practitioners see the need to understand and support the lean business model in order for the lean company make a great leap in reaching their ideal state.
