Silver Lining : Entrepreneurship in a Difficult Environment

Many people think the economy is improving. The data certainly suggest that this is true. But as often is the case, employment usually lags economic activity. I still get regular emails of people who recently lost their jobs that are thinking about entrepreneurship in this environment. Here’s a great dialogue about entrepreneurship in a difficult economy.   • Great post! Many people don’t know but during the Great Depression more millionaires were created than in any other time in history so there is hope even in “bad” economies.

  • Jamie – Great conversation… Why would anyone start a company in this environment? Because they have a dream. They’re passionate about what they do. They’re there for the journey. They form the DNA early on. Sounds like a common vision that sticks!
