Here is a description of the topic we’ll discuss:

The topic title is Changing Behaviors through Daily Actions. Behaviors are the secret weapon of change behind most continuous improvement programs. If you get the tools right but the behaviors wrong, you will fail. But changing behaviors and culture is not like throwing a switch. It requires a slow but deliberate process of transformation. The model for change that we’ll discussed is based on Learn – Apply – Reflect. We’ll discuss how these 3 fundamental steps can be deployed in simple, everyday applications to drive the culture change that you desire.
