In this episode, I dig into a comment a viewer made regarding trust and the fact that real trust is realized when leaders demonstrate that they care. Leaders can demonstrate care by creating a safe working environment where failure is not judged, but valued as a learning experience. Open communication and consistency help create an environment in which your team knows and trusts that you are always acting in their best interest. Trust and care need to be systemic among your entire leadership team to build trust within your organization.
